I only have one book to list on screenwriting:
Story: Substance, Structure, Style and The Principles of Screenwriting, by Robert McKee
This is an incredible book!
I also like “Bird by Bird” by Anne Lamott and “On Writing” by Stephen King.
There are many useful books. I benefited from many books but I like literature books, eg:
Wuthering Heights
A tale of two cities
pride and prejudice
