Probably.
Looking at the list of Fellows and their work (linked below), I would say as long as it’s in context and not just gratuitous for the sake of shock.
Go for it.
If they’re necessary for the screenplay, then no. If they’re just gratuitous f-words from a newbie who thinks it’s cool to put them in … then yes.
Properly utilized, however, you can never have too many f-words in a screenplay.
