What is a good screenwriting online course?

I am looking for a good course that will force me to write and finish a couple of scripts. I already have one script written and it’s a problem of motivation and I also would love a refresher on structure and character development, something to improve my writing. I would like it to be focused only on Film scripts. NY Film school is really expensive, I don’t mind paying for the course, just not $3,000.
