Students are grounded in basic elements of craft such as plot, theme, character development, dialogue and building conflict. The work will be practical and intuitive as students hone a unique storytelling structure en route to creating richly layered, compelling stories for the screen. Students will draft a first act of a three-act screenplay. Tuesdays, September 22November 10, 710pm San Francisco Film Centre www.sffs.org
