Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of The Sith Bad Dialogue

bad dialogue. bad acting. decent movie. WORST PART IS PROBABLY 1:17, 4:58 and 5:47 this movie has terrible dialogue. Really laughably bad dialogue, but the film itself is still good. however, some lines aren’t even that bad, but the awful acting makes it sound even worse. Some acting isn’t even that bad, but the awful lines making it even worse. Even the great Samuel L jackson cant save the film from its terrible lines. However, i still consider this a pretty decent film. Not as good as the originals of course, but better than the other prequels.. You gotta give it credit for its dark tone in some scenes and Ewan Mcgregor and Ian Mcdiarmid did good. The rest of the acting was pretty bad though.
0,00- 1,16 nice witty dialogue, 1.17-140, nice poetic romance, and she is not a indepent wioman nor is he an independent man, they are part of eachother, 140-155, also beautiful and deep,1.55-202 funny, 2,10- 2,26 deep, 2.27-236, awesome, 2.37-3.09 philosophic and bdass,3,09-3.30 yep that`s dumb,3.30- 410, Samul acting was just bad unlike in 1 and 2 Ian was great though, 4.10- 4.20 deep, 4.20-4.28 it`s true, 4.28- 454, dramatic, 4.54- 5.32, confusing,, to be continued……….

1:55 – 2:28 everything is fine + i really like 2:07 part
2:28 is extremely bad.
2:38 – 3:10 everything’s fine
3:10 yeah the words are kinda messed up
3:44 “he’s the traitor” is kinda dumb
4:00 now this part is funny UNLIMITED POWER!!! wat?
4:11 – 4:29 everything’s fine
4:30 isn’t all bad, just the voice-acting
4:41 isn’t bad, in fact, really like this one

@AKenjiB Stop nitpickinng, the dialogue was great, and starting of with WAR is showing how similiar this movie is to the originals, the politics are over it`s war again, besides it`s just fun to start f like that.

5:47 the worst part? Really I think then onwards is my favourite part between Obi Wan and Anakin. Sure Anakin’s lines are fairly cringe, but then aren’t they throughout the whole film? The emotion portrayed by them both is powerful stuff. The ending of this made me lol XD. The bit before their duel would’ve been a lot better had Anakin not said “You will try”. That line and many others should’ve just been scrapped
That grievous joke got me so pissed when I was in the movies. In all honesty, I just didn’t like the guy who played Anakin.Hayden shows like no emotion.
Compared to the rest of the Star Wars movies (aside from Phantom Menace of course) this movie is basically the shit under my sneaker. All it has over Phantom Menace is that it’s entertaining and cathartic (although the catharsis is hurt by shit writing and shit acting by Christensen).
Hayden is actually a very good actor. He is terrific in Shattered Glass. George Lucas is a huge bearded ego, but I like all his Star Wars films including the prequels.
NONE of the Star Wars films have “good” dialouge. And Episode 3 rocks.

Proof if proof be need be that Lucas can’t write. Or direct. Good on him for giving to charity though. Nice bloke, terrible movies. These prequels are so bad they actually make me dislike the original films.

I gotta say that it really is the script that ruins it. Lots of critics agree that a lot of the lines in George Lucas’ scripts are almost impossible to act out convincingly. Natalie Portman, Samuel L Jackson, Ian McDiarmid and Ewan McGregor have all proven themselves as great actors. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they all happen to suck in this movie. And I would include Hayden Christensen in that list but I honestly haven’t seen him in anything else.

4:00 What on Earth? What did he mean by “UNLIMITED POWER!”? He should have said something like “IT’S OVER FOR YOU, JEDI!” instead.
4:58 Hayden Christensen’s acting at his worst.
How the mighty have fallen. The Original Trilogy had well done writing like “If you only knew the power of the Dark Side” while the Prequel Trilogy had writing an 8 year old could write better at.

That scene of Anakin and Padme on the balcony is one of the worst scenes I’ve EVER SEEN. The dialogue is horrible and George Lucas managed to make Natalie Portman look completely undesirable.
