Well ladies and gentlemen, the time has come for me to wrap up this three part article about the need and greed of Hollywood. It’s plain and simple…the more Hollywood gets, the more they want, and the more we crave. I guess it’s a vicious cycle where in a sense, we all win. They get more business, we get more entertainment, and well, everybody is a winner! Yes, I know it’s not that simple or easy, but why can’t it be? The end result could be that simple, so what more shall we ask for? Before I depart, however, I would like to say that it’s been a pleasure writing about what I am most passionate about. Movies for me are what they are for most people, which is a sense of relief, and an escape from reality for around two hours (unless if you’re watching the four hour Director’s Cut of Dances With Wolves, which I highly suggest against….Best Picture? Really? Come on!). Not only are movies something that I love, but I have a passion for them. Passion is a very important thing to have, to be passionate about something, whether it’s painting, writing, biking, hiking, or just laying out in the sun and enjoying the weather. My passion for watching movies really fulfills me, and even if I watch a movie that is just absolutely horrible, I do not take it as a complete waste of time. Since my family and friends truly confide in me having great movie taste (since I’m the “Movie Guru”), watching a bad movie is like saving them time.

Recently, I have started to be more passionate about something else as well: 104Inc. 104Inc. is an unbelievably new, innovative, and technologically advanced website that seems to be the new wave of the future. Just the basic idea of 104Inc. is amazing, and where it could be headed, and what it could become one day is almost hard to imagine. As of right now, it is functioning as an internet advertising site, having business listings on all of its 2000+ domains, such as 104Books.com or 104Travels.com. But eventually, rumor has it, it is going to be the one stop shop for everything that you will need on the internet, whether you are looking for a business listing still, wanting to connect with family or friends, or just to read the local news or check the current weather forecast. 104Inc. is on its way to become something massive, and every day, there are more and more additions to this new business idea, a business idea that us, the public, and regular users, can build on and become a part of. What other company allows you to actually build it from the ground up and even have the opportunity to be a part of, without even an interview? None! And that’s why 104Inc. is different than anything anyone has ever seen before. How could I not be passionate about that?

Writing articles online has got to be one of the easiest ways to earn money online. Many freelance writers can attest to the fact that they earn most of their living writing website content for webmasters and site owners. While freelance writing is a simple and easy business to join, it can have its challenges getting started because of the competition and other factors.

There are a plethora of ways you can make money online writing articles. Some things you can write for money is content articles, websites and online newsletters. E-books are also a popular way to earn money online writing articles on the web. There are even some blog owners who look for writers to make guest post. While online article writers don’t earn as much money as they would with print publications, the jobs are more plentiful online than with traditional magazines and newspapers. Plus, it easier and faster to get started and you can see your money almost upfront instead of waiting for months to get paid. It’s also easier and have less guidelines and restrtictions for getting started.

Other things you will need to get started in writing articels online as a full time hob is to know how to do some online research and most people already do that on a regular basis. When you want to know the name of a certain song, you just type it in the search box and google and you pick the results that you want. It is as simple as that. One of the hardest parts of finding freelance writing jobs is the competition and sometimes online writing jobs can be sort of like a sweatshop in which a lot of clients don’t want to pay their writers anything. I know some writers don’t mind working for $3 per article, but this is not going to pay the bills and you can’t get rich writing for these type of wages.

One way of combating this is writing a bunch of pre-written articles and then finding avenues to sell them online. Finding clients should not be hard as most people own a website online, wehther it be a blog or a newsletter. Many people are also affiliates of major companies in which they promote their products online for commission. Writing articles for these affiliates so they can use on their own website for traffic is a good idea and can assure you will always have clients.

If you are looking to build an online portfolio, you could write about 4 articles and publish them on free blogs or sites like Associated Content. This way, when the client wants to see some of your writing, they can visit the website to look at them without asking for a writing sample (which is risky).

If you are uncomfortable marketing yourself as a writer, you can start off at low paying sites like Associated Content who usually pays about $2 per article. There are some other sites too like Helium that will publish your work that you can use as a portfolio. You can also build a name for yourself rather quickly when people keep reading your articles on the web.

There are also many online freelance boards that focus on offering jobs to freelance writers and can be valuable in providing online writing jobs without having to search too hard. The key is to have a really good writing portfolio along with responding to writing jobs rather quickly. Before you know it, you will have a successful freelance writing business.
